Vall de la Gallinera

The Gallinera is a municipality composed of eight small towns are called: Benirrama, Benialí, Benissivà, Benitaia, the Carroja, Alpatró, Llombai and Benissili.

It is located in the northernmost part of the province of Alicante, inside the Marina Alta region, and borders the province of Valencia. The extension of its municipal term is of 53.06 kms configuring a valley by its peculiar geography between mountains is symmetrical and precisely where highlights a truly spectacular panoramic.

The environment is predominantly rural appreciate the harmony between the mountains and fields of cherry trees, olive trees, almond and orange trees. The total population of the municipality is about 700 inhabitants and the city is located in the heart of Benialí.
