Rental Terms & Conditions:
- All bookings require 3-night minimum stay except for June-October, Christmas and New Year where minimum stay is 7 nights. Rental period may vary depending on various factors and can be changed at any time without prior notice.
- Rental rates may vary depending on various factors and can be changed at any time prior to booking confirmation.
- Rental rates per night do not include cleaning fee and refundable damage deposit.
- Wireless internet connection is free of charge for all guests.
- The number of guests (adults and children) staying at the PROPERTY shall not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places stated in property specification (10 people), unless specifically authorized in writing, additional fee will apply. Exception of this terms are made only for infants less than 2 years old; if sleeping in a baby crib and not occupying one of the PROPERTY’s beds, they are NOT included in the PROPERTY’s total headcount.
- The PROPERTY is available after 2:00PM (local time) on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00PM (local time) on the day of departure. By prior arrangement with the LESSOR, earlier arrival and later departure times may be possible (subject to other bookings in place).
- A copy of ID card or passport of the person responsible of the booking is required upon confirmation of booking.
- To confirm the booking, a 30% deposit of the total rental amount is required and must be paid to the LESSOR only by bank transfer to the provided bank account within 72 hours from the date/time of the request for deposit. Once the deposit is paid the LESSOR will confirm the booking by e-mail within 24 hours.
- Pets are not allowed.
- For privacy reasons, using drones in the area is strictly prohibited.
- The number of single or double bed arrangements must be disclosed at least 7 days prior to arrival date.
